1. Can I return/exchange my merchandise?

NO REFUNDS...NO EXCEPTIONS!!

A customer can exchange merchandise if it arrives damaged/broken or if a jewelry item (bracelet or ring only) does not fit (too small/big). Exchanges must be done within 3 days (for jewelry) and 14 days (for other merchandise) of receiving your order (date of delivery); date of delivery is tracked through USPS tracking.

In order to submit an exchange, email a photo of the merchandise (damaged or sizing issues) to info@prettybehavyor.com. Please include order number within the email. 

 

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

Pretty Behavyor accepts all major debit/credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, etc. We also accept PayPal.

 

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled (processed). Once your order has been fulfilled, it will then be shipped. All orders ship USPS with 2-3 day delivery. Due to COVID, there may be shipping delays. 

 

4. Is it important to get insurance on my order? What does it cover?

Yes. Shipping Insurance protects your package against any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If an insured package does not reach its destination, or if it is damaged when it's delivered, then a reimbursement is given for the declared value of the items within the package. It must be reported as a claim to the USPS. 

 

5. The tracking information says my package has been delivered but I don't have it, what do I do?  

 If you have insurance on your package, you can contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and file a claim. 

 

6. What size are your rings?

Our rings are one size fits most. The rings have a stretchy band and range in between sizes 6-10.
